The default timeout for NeoMail is 30 minutes.  Users were typing emails and would leave the computer and return to finish their email and would discover NeoMail had timed them out.

Adjusted timeout from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.

Add the SPAM blacklist IP blocking to reduce the amount SPAM users receive.  Also started manually blocking IPs that send SPAM through the server.  This is a manual, time consuming effort, but one that positively benefits all users.

Upgraded Zend to include Zend Optimizer v2.1.0 which increases runtime performance up to 40% for all PHP scripts.

The new version of cppop supports caching user's inbox files between mail checks when the inbox does not change.  This will significantly speed up check times for users with large boxes who check their email every few minutes as well as decrease overall server load.

It is our goal to ensure that a user that is on the same server as you, doesn't send out spam as any user that sends out spam can cause problems for all users on that server. There are already measures in place to help minimize this and although we haven't had any problems, we will stay one step ahead of such problems to ensure your websites always remain at the highest speeds possible.

mySQL has been updated from 3.23.54a to 4.0

This upgrade includes better security and even more features.

You can now download a full backup of your site from your Control Panel.  This includes everything needed to restore the account in the event of data loss.

MySQL packages have been updated to 3.23.54a

The type of traffic such as http, pop3, ftp, etc. and the day that the traffic happened is now displayed in your Control Panel.

Click "Web/FTP Stats" then "Bandwidth." For the type of traffic as well as impressive charts, click your domain for further breakdown.

Users will now recieve a warning when one of their mailboxes are about to exceed their quota.

You will now receive an email if your account is nearing or has exceeded your account disk space quota.

The email is sent to the email that is on file for your Control Panel.

You can now use your Control Panel and block specific IP addresses from accessing your site.

There is a new cron job editor in your Control Panel which is much more readable and friendly.

All clients will now receive an automated email when a bandwidth limit is nearing it's monthly capacity.

The email is sent to the email that is on file for your Control Panel.

Email Space - The email account listing now includes how much disk space the account is using.

You can now check on the status of the server by using your Control Panel.  The status is regarding the entire server, not just your account.  It checks the current load on the CPU, available server wide hard drive space, and it also checks on if services are up (ok) such as apache, bind, cpop, etc.
